I do HOPE everybody at least thinks healthily! If you are reading this, I guess you are trying to think of your health! It is something so important but yet something many of us take for granted. I have been blessed with great health, but have also suffered poor health. It was at times of my poorest health, when I realised that there are ways to enhance your health relatively easily and painlessly!
Health is a difficult subject to address because it encompasses so many different areas. I will look at health from a Nutrition and Diet perspective.
Most people think they are healthy. They can function relatively normally, work, rest, play and their body does as it is told! How many of us really give our bodies a chance to re-charge, re-energise and re-juvenate?
Do you ever get a cold? a headache? a fever? need a lay in? These are your bodies mechanisms to show you something is wrong!
This section will give you more information about how health is closely related to diet and lifestyle.
