I have been studying diets for over twenty years, with a specific involvement in nutritional therapy for the past five years. I have seen healthy diets and food restricting diets; low fat, low carb and low calorie diets; detox diets and junk food diets; fruit diets, meat diets, soup diets and meal replacement diets! Together we can find a suitable balance for you!
